What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?

A minimum quantity of RM150 is required for wholesale orders to be accepted.

Is there any Delivery Charge?

There will be a delivery charge of RM15 per delivery. However, any orders above RM200 is entitled to FREE DELIVERY.

Do you deliver outside of PJ/KL?

Unfortunately we currently do not provide delivery services to orders outside of PJ/KL areas.

Can I arrange for self pickup / Lalamove pickup?

Yes, you may arrange for self pickup or Lalamove to collect your order directly from our bakery at 21, Jalan SS20/11 Damansara Kim, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Please note that any Lalamove charges are to be borne by the customer.

How many days in advance should I order?

Any wholesale orders must be placed with a minimum 4 business days lead time.

What are your payment terms?

All wholesale invoices must be paid within 7 days of receiving the order. Payment may be made via bank transfer. Cash is not accepted.

What do you offer for wholesale?

Beyond bread, we also offer viennoiserie & pastry products. Enquire more directly with us and we’ll be happy to share.

What information do you need to set me up as a client?

We will require you to fill in a wholesale account setup form alongside any business registration details as well as a recurring order setup for us to provide you with supplies consistently.
