Can I make a reservation?

We currently do not take in reservations at our outlet, as our bakery is on a walk-in basis and has limited seating available.

Do you accept cash?

We accept cashless payments (QR and Credit/Debit card) only.

Can I make a pre-order in advance?

You can make a pre-order via our online shop or order online for same-day pickup/delivery via Beep.

How do I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the goods I have purchased?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp with your feedback and refund request and our team will be in touch with you as soon as we can.

Do you do deliveries?

Yes, we currently provide delivery services if you order online with us via Beep. However, please note that we currently do not provide delivery services outside of PJ/KL areas.

Is your store pet-friendly?

Our outdoor seating area in Damansara Kim is available for dining guests with pets.

Can I order a whole cake / bulk order?

With a minimum 3-days advance notice, we can arrange that for you! Please contact us via WhatsApp for further details.

Are you Halal/Muslim-friendly?

We are not halal-certified but we are a pork and alcohol-free establishment.

Is your bread fresh?

Yes! We are proud to inform you that majority of our baked goods are baked fresh everyday. Some of our products like cakes, tarts and cookies may be a day old or two.

How do I store/heat up my sourdough?

For storing:
Our sourdough will last 2-3 days at room temperature as all our bakes do not contain any preservatives. To keep for more than 3 days, we recommend to slice it and store in a ziplock / airtight container in a freezer where it can last for 1 month. You may leave it out in room temperature to thaw overnight before consumption.

To reheat:
We recommend giving your sourdough slice 2-3 sprays of water before reheating your bread. You may either choose either a toaster, pan-grill, oven, steamer, or air fryer to reheat it.

Does your sourdough contain eggs, butter and sugar?

A majority of our sourdough does not contain eggs, butter or sugar but our brioche sourdough uses eggs, butter and sugar to create a fluffy texture. Apart from that, some of our sourdoughs like cranberry & walnut sourdough and honey oat sourdough will contain natural sugars from the cranberry/honey itself.

Are any of your products vegetarian?

Our sourdoughs are vegetarian friendly except for brioche which uses butter, milk, and eggs. You can reach out to us via WhatsApp to find out more about our other baked goods!
